Same Day Express Post Shipping

We send all orders via Australia Post using tracked, express delivery allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way. Most locations across Australia receive express post within 2 business days.

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of contents or store name. Your privacy is respected from checkout to delivery.

🕐 Order Cut-Off Times

Orders placed before 12pm (midday) on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be sent the next business day.

🚫 Delivery Issues

Please note: We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for parcels that aren’t collected, can’t be delivered, or are lost within the Australia Post system. We will help you with a replacement order however if problems arise.
