Before reconstituting any peptide, it is important;

• to withdraw same ml of air to allow enough space in the vial, for the same ml of bacteriostatic or saline water you are going to add.

  • the vials are vacumm sealed for hygiene and sanitation purposes​, not following the above step will cause the syringe to "suck" down and release the bacteriostatic or saline water as soon as you inject it into the vial, causing the water to hit the peptide powder and "shocking" it

• when adding the bacteriostatic or saline water​ to the vial, add it on an angle so it runs down the side of the vial toward the peptide powder.

  • adding the bacteriostatic or saline water​ straight on to the peptide powder may "shock" the powder

• know what you are doing, Geoff Speyrer has a great "how to" reel ​

• if you are unsure of what dose to administer, mypeptideapp.com has a very informative dosage calculator with visuals of the dose

• do not use  if you;

  • do not clearly understand the instructions

  • are pregnant

  • have underlying medical conditions

• ensure that you are using a new, unopened syringe for every dose​

• start cautiously with anything new and work your way up, it is easier to increase doses than to deal with side effects
